Default Outlook 2003 Restore

To give a litle history,

I have a server with Windows Server 2003 Small Business Edition that needed
to be rebuilt. Once done I needed to recreate network ID to connect to domain
losing desktop and settings including data in outlook 2003. They are also
using Microsoft Exchange for internal emails. I tried importing data but
can’t find the .PST files. I went in folder it is a .OST file how do I
retrieve this data. I tried moving this file to working folder but when
opening outlook it gives an error. Again, HOW DO I RETRIEVE THE DATA???
