Default LDAP

How can I make domain wide change to the settings of a ldap directory already
listed in all of our users Outlook, like if I needed to change the server
name or password, can I do it without having to go PC to PC....opening
Outlook, clicking Tools-E-mail Accounts
Directory
View or Change existing.........
?
