Lately when I start Outlook 2003, I get an error message that says it can't
load some part of Panda Antivirus as an Addin. However, I quit using Panda last year, and have been using Grissoft AVG Professional since then. When I look at Tools Options Other Advanced, there is no mention of Panda Antivirus under any of the Add In buttons, and everything else looks proper. I have used regedit to remove every reference to "Panda", but the error message still pops up every time I start Outlook. I have also run the Detect and Repair tool, but it says it cannot find a particular .CAB file on the installation disc. I have searched the disc, and there is no such file. Thus, Detect and Repair is useless. I have also done a reinstall of Outlook 2003, saying I wanted to repair my installation. That was successful, but the error message still pops up when I restart Outlook. Is there a file where Outlook stores the names of Add Ins? I sure can't find it in the registry. |
