Is win still in its origonal place, ie you've not formated reinstalled win
Accounts are held in the registry.
You've checked the mail applet in control panel?

No, I have not formatted the drive. Everything is still on it. And I've clicked on the mail icon in control panel. I don't see anything that will correct my problem. Any suggestions?

There's no way to do this without booting from the old drive and using the
Office Save My Settings wizard to save the account data.

You can also run the PROFLWIZ.EXE image in the Office installation tree.
