Outlook - how it knows messages already downloaded??
How does Outlook know it has downloaded messages so as not to download
again?, Where does it store this info? I have transfered to a new pc and dont want to download hundreds of duplicate messages????

MMM, Thanks But doesn't Really help as I have New Pc and dont want to
download Hundreds of Messages again to have Duplicates and have to spend hours deleting unwanted ones. If so, create a new folder on the server and move the old messages to that new folder. Outlook can't download them if they're not in the Inbox on the mail server. They'll still be on the server if you want to reference them (via the web interface), but Outlook won't know about them. -- Brian Tillman
