how do I uninstall and reinstall outlook
Reinstalling rarely solves this problem. Have you checked your task manager
processes tab to see if Outlook.exe is still running even if Outlook appears to be closed? "GretaJo" wrote in message news  Outlook 2007 in windows 2007 - outlook won't open, pst file won't close and cannot run repair - am considering re-installing but can't figure out how...?
