how do I uninstall and reinstall outlook

Outlook 2007 in windows 2007 - outlook won't open, pst file won't close and cannot run repair - am considering re-installing but can't figure out how...? Go to the Programs category in Control Panel, locate Microsoft Office 2007, select it, click Change. Select Add/Remove Features. Expand the applicaiton tree until you find Outlook.
