Everytime I try to open my outlook I get the message"The connection to
Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to
complete this action." After that it asks me to verify mailbox. I enter mine
and it then gives me an error message, "Cannot open your default email
folders. The file C:\Documents and Settings\wrisco\Local
Settings\Application\Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outloo k.ost is not an offline
folder". This is getting very frustrating because I want to use Outlook, not
Outlook Express which is what I am being forced to use right now. I have
googled it and trried everything.

Open the Mail applet in Control Panel, click E-mail Accounts, remove the
Exchange account you added originally and add the type of account you want.
