Default How to I get my "contacts" to my personal address book?

I recently installed MS Office 2007 and am using Outlook as my email client;
however, although I was able to somehow import email addresses into Contacts
and can see them there, they are not in any address book that I can use to
address emails with. How do I get them from my contacts to a usable address
book?
