I just got a new computer and installed Outlook 2007 on the new machine. The
previous machine also had Outlook 2007 installed. All of the address books I use are on the company server here in the office. I also installed ACT! on the new machine and I am now attempting to add my ACT! address book to Outlook through ToolsAccount SettingsAddress BooksNew... When I go to Other Address Book Types and select ACT! Address Book, the following message comes up: "This account or directory type already exists and cannot be specified twice." The only address book that is displayed is my Outlook address book, so I can't try deleting an ACT! address book. I'm assuming this has something to do with all of the data being server-side? |

Contact ACT! They are responsible for supporting their integration
