See if removing and then re-adding the Outlook Address Book Service helps,
Tools || Email Accounts || 4th Radio button || Highlight OAB and remove || Close and restart Outlook and then re-add. "Carolyn Bromley" anon@anon wrote in message ... Hi. We are using outlook 2002 sp3 and have a problem with one user where he cannot tick - show contacts as outlook address book as it is greyed out. I checked the permissions and for some reason he had not permissions to his own contacts, once given owner access the option is still greyed out ? Tried creating a new contacts folder but same problem is inherited down the tree ? Any ideas please ? Thanks Carolyn |
