Default My Contacts, Other Contacts and Public Folders...

Outlook 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2003 SP1, Windows 2000 Professional

Question 1/
Can I hide or remove the contacts default folder under My Contacts for all
users so that they only use our corporate contact database in a public folder?

Question 2/
Can I change the "My Contacts" and/or "Other Contacts" labels (headers) that
appear in the folder list? I'd like the "Other Contacts" label to say
"Business Contacts" or something more useful. Since we use a contact database
under Public Folders we'd like to direct users to this as best we can.

Question 3/
Is it possible to remove the "in Public Folders" part of the contact folder
name? For instance, we have our main contact database (folder) called "XZY
Database". It appears in the "Other Contacts" folder list as "XYZ Database in
Public Folders". Is there anyway to remove the "in Public Folders" part? If
it's possibly programmatically that would be good, as I can use .Net

I do remember seeing some discussion about question 3 recently, but I cannot
find it again.

Many thanks in advance for any help

Hugh

Default My Contacts, Other Contacts and Public Folders...

Been on to Microsoft paid support for these questions, and they tell me none
of this can be done. Anyone with a different view?

Also, can anyone tell me how to make the Contacts folder in Public Folders
(shows as Other Contacts) be the default contact folder when you go into
Outlook? I have tried going into the Address Book, and Tools / Options and
setting Public Folders as the Show this Address List first setting, but it
still defaults to the My Contacts folder.

Thanks.
