Default Newbie Contacts questions

Sorry to ask old questions but I need to get up to speed fast. We are
running exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients.

1. If I create a resource such as a conference room, are there any settings
I should change in Outlook to make it auto accept meetings or reject
conflicts or any other such things?

2. How do I change the autolookup. I created personal contacts and lists
but when I type in part of the name and press alt K, it only pulls up the
GAL although I can drop down and list contacts.

3. How do I set the priority to set the personal contacts first and the GAL
second?

See if something here helps:

In Outlook, click the Address Book icon on the Standard toolbar and then
click ToolsOptions in the Address Book window. Both of the above can be
configured there.
