You posted no information.
All versions of Outlook have a Full Name... button on the first page that allow you to parse name elements individually. State your version and the steps you used to lose the button. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Alan" wrote in message ... Checked. I am using WinXP ver 5.1 SP2 and my outlook is 2003, ver11.
Even I try on restoring or reset the setting, I still can't get the "NAME" button. When I click on new contact or old contact, I only see "Frist Name" and "Last Name" only. Not possible unless you are using a custom form or are talking about
something other than the General Tab of the New Contact Form. Again, the steps you used to lose the default form...? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Alan" wrote in message ... Checked.
