Default Mail merge to Word won't work for me!

I am trying to print my Outlook 2003 contacts to Rolodex cards. All
the information I find says to use mail merge. Well, I have tried and
tried going by directions and cannot get the infomation into a Word
document! Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. I follow the
steps shown in the help files??????

How can anyone answer when we have no idea what instructions you are
following and what happens?

Mr. MVP, I follow the steps in the "HELP FILE" instructions in Word and
Outlook. As I stated before, "I CANNOT GET THE INFORMATION INTO A WORD
DOCUMENT! That means that I cannot get the Outlook address data merged
into a Word document. Did I leave anything out?? I don't know what
else to tell you.
Thanks

That tells us nothing. Help files contain vast amounts of information. That
information is dynamic and often changes. What you followed depends on the
query you posed and the paths you followed. Do not expect anyone to go read
the Help Files on your behalf, try to figure out which of those instructions
you found and decided to try and then discern what didn't work for you and
why.
Instead, post the information I requested and do not require us to be mind
readers.
