Does anyone know anything about backing up Outlook 2003 Contact categories?
I have a computer I have to reimage, but she uses categories in Outlook extensively. She has a bunch of changes she's made to her Master Category List. I did some research and found there is supposed to be a subkey in the registry that I can back up, but for some reason, I don't find it on this person's computer. It's supposedly at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\Categories. It's not just this one users' computer but on several that I check - if I go to their registry and I try to locate this key, I do not find it. I even thought it might be a permission thing so I logged on as Administrator and I still don't find any such key. Thanks. -- Sabrina |
