Yahoo mail messages cause Outlook to crash
Some recent messages from Yahoo have caused my Outlook (Office 2003) to
crash. I try to open the message, nothing happens for a while and then I get the window that says sorry, Outlook has to close, would I like to send an error message to Microsoft. Has anyone else had this problem? A friend noted that the Yahoo messages now include Yahoo! Messenger with Voice which seemed to be an embedded attachment and contains and HTML divider bar. No hidden graphic elements, however. Can somebody suggest a change of Outlook parameters that will prevent a crash? Thanks, Bill Edelstein Schenectady, NY
