Default outlook contact formulas

Hello All

I am trying to help a friend automate his driving school. one of the things
i am trying to do is use his contacts to see a name then see how much they
paid how much they owe from the origianal balance.

I am very new to this usng outlook for any thing save for e mails

Default outlook contact formulas

You could link to an Excel file that contains all the info for that customer
or to an excel file that contains all the info for all customers
I don't think you can link to a precise place within the file though.

sorry but how do i link to an excel spread sheet? or is it a matter of just
using the old help button?

I don't have outlook in front of me right now but I believe the link option
is under actions which is one menu to the left of help
