The menu To,CC,BCC at the bottom of contacts list has disappeared
The toolbar/menu "To, CC, BCC" formerly at the bottom of my contacts/address
book has disappeared. Formerly I highlighted the name of a contact, clicked "To", and the address was automatically pasted into To. Moreover, I cannot copy and paste an e address directly into a message.
