I am starting to use the task component of outlook extensively, and I want to
have 5 or 6 large categories, and then several subcategories within them. For example, for the Category "Next Actions" I would like to sub-sort it by "Calls" "Errands" etc. I cant' figure out how to do it. EVen being able to alphabetize within a category (as opposed to the whole task list) would help. Color would do it to I guess. Thanks for any suggestions |
