I need to create Contacts file to be shared by users of outlook 2000 &
outlook xp, to be stored on a server. The same file cannot be opened at the same time by more than one users, but can I add a command that prompt all outlook to update from the server file say once a day (or at startup)? If yes, how? Thank you Valentina Carlet |
