Default Configuration of contact list and address book

I have the same problem as Mark Mace, concerning the contact transfers. I
tried the suggested steps one "How to install..." and "Mark your contact
folders...". It doesn't work. When I get to step 3 in " How to mark your
contact folders", in the Outlook Address Book tab, it won't let me click on "
Show this folder as an e-mail address book".
What am I doing wrong?

Do you have the Outlook Address Book service defined? Click ToolsE-mail
AccountsView or change existing directories or address booksNext. If you
see Outlook Adress book, remove it, restart Outlook and add it in again. If
you don't see it, click AddAdditional Address BooksNext, select it, click
Next, then Finish. Stop and restart Outlook and you should be able to
enable the option you mentioned in the Contacts properties.

told me that it wasn't fully configured yet and that I couldn't connect to it.

Now what?
