Outlook 2003 Crashes when you access contacts
Hey all.
Outlook 2k3 on XP Pro, SBS 2003 with Exchange. I have 2 users with identical problems. When they try to access their personal contacts from the address book it causes outlook to crash and restart. I have taken the following steps to resolve the issue: Reinstalled Outlook 2003 Performed all Outlook and office updates Deleted and reinstalled the Address Book Turned off cached mode, deleted the .ost and re-enabled cached mode Exported all contacts, deleted address book, recreated address book (still crashes with no contacts in it). This is really frustrating both myself and my EU's of course. Thanks in advance.
