Outlook XP. not seeing contacts others put in public folders
We have Outlook on the server. We all enter into public folders and then it
automatically sychronizes . However, I am having problems with one computer not being able to see the new information. Specifically, we have a folder called homeowners. When we enter in the homeowners contact information this coomputer cannot see it. They have Outlook XP. They do not have the "Sychronize with workgroup" option on "Tools".
