Using Office 2000 Outlook, unable to download some e-mail
It started happening a few days ago. When Outlook tries to download mails
from the server, it seems to hang up on a mail (spam-mail), then the error report message comes on before shutting down the Outlook. I can download all mails from Outlook Express without problem. The problem seemed have started after I tried to fix the synchronization problem with Garmin Pocket PC.

If I were you I would try posting to a more relevant group (what does this
have to do with Contacts?) with more relevant information, including: Mail account type Exact error message Whether this is occurring with the same message each time or other messages as well.
