Default Creating new Contact from GAL

Office 03/Exchange 03;
I am trying to assit a user in creating a contact list for use with Web
Access.
From our GAL/Recipents right clicking any Name and selecting Save to Contacts
returns with error "Some names could not be added to Contacts.The Action
could not be completed." This is on any name selected. I can create contacts
using the
method on my Desktop and Laptop.
