Default Contact Distribution List Not Consistent

In Outllok 2000 SP3, if you create a distribution list in Outlook by clicking
on the Contacts folder, then going to Action | New Distribution List and then
selecting members, you get the address book icon for all selected members.
If you open an existing distribution list and click on select members, you
get the contact icon for all new members. That seems to be a bug since it
needs to be consistent.

Perhaps, but it is an appearance bug, and since Outlook/Office 2000 is out
of mainstream support, it will not be fixed.
