Default HOW DO I GET MY TOOLBAR FROM THE RIGHT BACK TO THE TOP

I have opened up my microsoft outlook today and my tools bar ( where it say's
file, view etc) is on the right hand side of the screen going downwards. How
do I get this back to the top of my screen please.
