Default Providing Help or Ability to Talk to A Person About Customer Servi

Microsoft has the worse customer serivce. Not suprising because the company
knows that we the computer user needs their software. However, that does not
excuse the fact of the lack of customer service. For example: I have a
problem with an out going message(s) that supossedly keep sending and can't
be deleted. On the other end the intended receiver either has received
numerous copies or known. Just went on Microsoft's site to find a solution,
get to the site, go to open the instructions - stopped by an error message -
there is an error with this page. Great, not only are there continual
problems with the software, but now the Microsoft website page has an error.

Please realize that we the consumer spend thousands of dollars on your
prodcuts and should lease be provided with service that doesn't always have a
dollar sign equated to it, or a solution is easy to access on line without
error messages.

Thank you -
