"Show this folder as an email address book"
My contacts are no longerappearing in my email address book when I click on
the "TO" section to draft an email. I looked through several other posts and have gotten to the point of going into properties and the Outlook tab where it says "Show this folder as an email address book" and the address book I want is listed there, but everything is shaded so I am unable to select, confirm, change or do anything to that screen. I checked attaching the contact lists to the email and both folders (personal folder and outlook folder) are already there and it says I can't add it twice. Advice?
