I would like to create DL so my recipients could see the name of the DL in
To: box, for example: "engineering group". But also I do not want to hide from them the names and e-mail addresses. So they can view who else is in the DL if they wish. I use Outlook 2003. Thank you. |

Thank you, Russ. Can any Outlook version give me such an option?

No. The closest you can come is to create a dummy Contact with the name of
the DL and place it in the To: field. Then you can place the actual DL in the CC field. It will always expand to reveal the names of the recipients as soon as the message is sent. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "makar" wrote in message ... Thank you, Russ. Yes, but what if i have about 50 ppl to CC... And people do not like to see
this long list of names or e-mail addresses.. I was hopping to create something, so they can just click and view the rest of recipients if they wish....
