"Outlook Address Book" is the name of a container in the Address Book dialog in Outlook for address lists derived from your contacts folders. It contains no data itself and has no export function.
Under the Outlook Address Book container, you should see the names of Outlook contacts folders that you have chosen to expose in the address book. Do you see them? Are these what you want to export? What are their names? -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "John Davy" wrote in message ... I have outlook 2003 sp2 If I go to tools / address book (Ctrl Shift B) I can see my contacts there - but they are not in my contacts folder If they're visible in the Address Book, then they MUST be in SOME Contacts folder you currently have in your mail profile because the Address Book is nothing but a view of those Contacts folders you have enabled as address books. Use the Folder List view to locate all of your Contacts folders. -- Brian Tillman |
