Default Change Many E-Mail Suffixes at the Same Time

I have about 600 e-mail addresses for contacts in a state agency. Recently,
the agency changed their suffix from "cwp.swrcb.ca.gov" to
"waterboards.ca.gov".

Is there a way to do a "search and replace" for all 600 contacts?

Thanks,

After furious head scratching, JonMulder asked:
