Default How can I print my contacts onto Rolodex (2 col) laser paper?

I have an old fashion rolodex and would like to print out my contacts onto
rolodex laser paper. The paper ix 8.5 x 11, 2 columns, and the cards are 2
1/4 in x 4 in.

paper:
