Default Outlook 2007 Beta2 is not auto-hyphenating phone numbers

I am using the Beta 2 version of Outlook and it is not hyphenationg after a
Save & Close, FYI

1. Office 2007 Beta 2 has not been released.
2. Post all issues with Office 2007 to the beta news groups to which you
were given access in the beta acceptance mail you received from the
Microsoft Office Beta Team.
