I'd like to use my Act! 2005 (Ver.7) to sort groups of subcontractors for
faxing through Outlook2003 via SBS2003's MS-Fax ('Fax on Server' icon in the printer folder). I have more than a half dozen different groups for different tasks. Act!'s suggested FaxAdmin doesn't work with Servers and FaxRush requires a $400 dollar specialty Fax Card and both are expensive at $80 and $125 per seat. Is there a way to export the group from Act! or import a group from Outlook2003 into a specially named Contact list that would be usable for Faxing? One at a time doesn't work when there's 200 contacts to fax... |
