Default Update sync funtion in MS ActiveSync

ActiveSync doesn't copy the "Notes" field in either contacts or appointments
when syncing from Computer to Device. Notes made in contacts and appointments
in Device do transfer, but if edited in computer, they are lost on next sync
on device.

Not an Outlook issue. Post in an ActiveSync group.
