Default MS Outlook Contact and ACT

I keep getting a security message in MS Outlook saying that another source is
trying to access my MS Outlook Address book. Is there anyway to turn this
off so that we don't get it. I believe it is being caused by us using ACT
6.0 as our database and email. I am using MS Outlook XP with SP 3. Thanks.
