I do I set up a Fax template to be used as an action from Outlook
I often use the Action New Letter to Contact from within an Outlook Contact.
How can I use the same Action to create a fax cover sheet? I assume I can create a template, but am unsure how to do so. Thanks, GC Sailor

You can, but the process has become so awkward and difficult that almost
everyone has abandoned "New Letter to Contact." Just create a Word document as a template for a Fax Cover sheet and insert your recipient using the Word Address Book (which links to your Outlook Contacts). -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "GC Sailor" GC wrote in message ...
