Default How do I change what the address book displays?

New Message; Click TO:;

In that "select names" list i want the "department" to be seen.

How is this done?

Not possible. The address book display is not customizable.

Default How do I change what the address book displays?

Hi Nick,

Click on teh contact folder "department", right mouseclick, Outlook
Addressbook, activate the flag for "Show this folder as Outlook addressbook"

Close the window with OK.

Next step: In Outlook under "Tools/Addressbook/Tools/Options" change here
"Show this addressbook at first": department.
