Hi,
I'm using Outlook 2003. There's a way to set a flag and flag status for follow ups, e.g. set a contact to be followed up with a phone call on a future date. I would like to export a list of all the people I have set to follow up with the date and details (e.g. phone call) to use in a spreadsheet in Excel. I've done an export from Outlook but it doesn't appear to include any of these follow up/reminders. Does anyone know how I can export these? Many thanks, Andrew |

Quick and dirty method:
1. Use a table view to display all the data fields that you want to export to Excel. 2. Choose Edit | Select All. 3. Choose Edit | Copy. 4. Paste to Excel. If some of the fields are multi-line, see Eric Legault's handy tip for an Excel formula to break up the lines -- http://blogs.officezealot.com/legaul...4/08/4502.aspx -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Microsoft Outlook" wrote in message ... Thanks Sue,
That's getting me pretty close. It puts the Reminder Date/Time into one field/column, e.g: Fri 02/06/2006 12:00 AM Do you know a way to get just the date on it's own or know the name of the field for the follow up date? Do you know a way to get just the date
Format the column so that it looks the way you want. know the name of the field for the follow up date? Use the flag date from the All Mail Fields list. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Microsoft Outlook" wrote in message ...
