Default Exporting the Follow Up/Flag reminders

Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2003. There's a way to set a flag and flag status for
follow ups, e.g. set a contact to be followed up with a phone call on a
future date. I would like to export a list of all the people I have set to
follow up with the date and details (e.g. phone call) to use in a
spreadsheet in Excel. I've done an export from Outlook but it doesn't appear
to include any of these follow up/reminders.

Does anyone know how I can export these?

Many thanks,
Andrew

Default Exporting the Follow Up/Flag reminders

Quick and dirty method:

1. Use a table view to display all the data fields that you want to export to Excel.
2. Choose Edit | Select All.
3. Choose Edit | Copy.
4. Paste to Excel.

If some of the fields are multi-line, see Eric Legault's handy tip for an Excel formula to break up the lines -- http://blogs.officezealot.com/legaul...4/08/4502.aspx

Default Exporting the Follow Up/Flag reminders

Thanks Sue,

That's getting me pretty close. It puts the Reminder Date/Time into one
field/column, e.g:

Fri 02/06/2006 12:00 AM

Do you know a way to get just the date on it's own or know the name of
the field for the follow up date?

Many thanks,
Andrew

Format the column so that it looks the way you want.

know the name of the field for the follow up date?

Use the flag date from the All Mail Fields list.
