Default Smartphone & Contacts list

I have just attached my new nextel smart phone to outlook 2003 & now I have
alot of duplicate contacts. Some have email & snail mail addresses and
others have nextel 2-way numbers and such. Is there a way to merge the 2
"same person" contacts together?
