I have created a list of names and email addresses.
Currently it is saved as a text file. What do I need to do with it, so I can merge it into Outlook as an address book or contact list for emailings?? thank you |

If you want to use it for mass mailings, you don't need to put it into Outlook at all. Start Word and choose Tools | Letters and Mailings | Mail Merge.
