Default Outlook 2003 and Compuserve

My incoming mail goes into imap.cs.com Inbox. But can never delete (delete
gives cross-out). Can move to 'standard' Inbox but appears to just copy and
gives cross-out again).

How can I get incoming to go to 'standard' mailbox?
