Default How to setup contacts for company

I recommend you put friends in your Mailbox's Contacts folder and the ones
the whole team needs in the Public one.

You don't need to dig through to find Contacts - type their first or

last
name in the Contacts Lookup Window (part of the Standard Toolbar) and

hit
Enter.

Now everyone also has thier private contact list, buy my boss want

all
the contacts in the public folder so everyone has access to them and
so thier pda's will sync with all the info.

PDAs generally cannot sync with public folders.
