Default How to send email to multiple categories?

Have hundreds of contacts in contact list with multiple categories. Some
people are in several of the categories. Would like to send email to
multiple categories without sending duplicate emails to those certain people.
I know how to send an email to ONE category only, but not to several at a
time.

Filter the view and in the Categories box, type Cat1 OR Cat2 OR Cat3 to selecte members from multiple categories. You can then select all the filtered contacts, and choose Actions | New Message or, better, Tools | Mail Merge.

Thanks, so much. And can you get only those contacts that have email
addresses, so you don't have to manually delete them from Address box?
Possible to put them in BCC box, or do you just have to copy & paste? And,
do you know if there is a limit to how many addresses you can send at one
time? Really appreciate your help! This has been driving me crazy for
months!!!

You should be able to filter for nonblank addresses.

No.

Ask your mail provider. It's their limit that matters.
