When we attach a JPG to a Contact in Outlook 2000, it displays the
picture in a right side pane in the lower portion of contact window (when we open up the contact). The JPG is scanned in via a Cardscan machine, and the preview image has a Front and Back tab that will display either side of the card. One on machine, however, the image preview with the tabs does not appear, in fact, the right side pane isn't even there. Is the image preview a function of Outlook, an option perhaps, or a registry entry? Thanks for any advice or ideas. |
