Hide fax in Outlook address book.
I though the fact that fax numbers were showing up in my address book was a
"bug" and spent hours looking for a way to get rid of them only to discover it is a "feature" - a "feature" that I find very irritating and have now learned I cannot turn off. Please, please at least add an option that allows the user to hide the fax numbers in the address book. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Add an alphabetic character to the fax number to 'hide' it from the address

I think he was just posting a suggestion, not asking for workarounds.
