Hi,
I am trying to create a shortcut for the global contacts in the Outlook shortuts list. Can anyone help me with that? Thank you very much for your help!

Global Contacs shortcut
You'll need to tell us what you mean by "global contacts" first. Your Outlook version might also be useful.

Global Contacs shortcut
Outlook 2002 is my version. Here at work, we have a global address list and
your personal contacts. Contacts shortcut defaults to your personal list. I was wondering if it would be possible to place a shortcut for the global address list, which is shared by the whole company. Thank you! No. The Global Address List is not a folder like your Contacts folder. It's stored in a different way, on the server.
