2007 Beta will not hotsync with smartphone (Treo 650). Need to go back to
2003 but don't want to lose data. I've backed up my contacts to Excel just in case. Any ideas? |

You're kidding, right? You actually installed a beta over a released edition
and expected you could then back out whenever you wanted? Reverting to earlier versions is not a supported scenario, especially with betas. Exporting Contacts to Excel is not backing them up. Your Outlook data file can simply be copied and reused if you want to back up data. You're on you own in terms of reverting. If I were you I'd uninstall Office 2007, make sure all remnants of Office 2003 are also uninstalled/removed, then try to reinstall Office 2003. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "musicchick2" wrote in message ... 2007 Beta will not hotsync with smartphone (Treo 650).
